Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OREEZA website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bellmont Group LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as OREEZA ("OREEZA," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
OREEZA is a marketplace that connects travelers with cultural experiences, stays, and goods offered directly by host communities, beginning with Misminay in the Sacred Valley of Peru. OREEZA itself is not the provider of the experiences listed; hosts are the providers and are responsible for the experiences they offer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and book experiences. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide a valid email address and/or phone number for verification (one-time passcodes are sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email).
- Verified travelers and hosts may be required to provide a government-issued ID for safety and trust within host communities.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. SMS & WhatsApp messaging
When you enter your phone number on the OREEZA sign-in screen and tap "Send code," you opt in to receive a one-time passcode via SMS or WhatsApp solely to verify your phone number and to receive transactional notifications about your account and bookings.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Frequency varies based on your activity (typically only when signing in or when a booking changes).

5. Bookings and payments
When you book an experience, you enter into a contract with the host who provides it. OREEZA facilitates the booking and may collect payment on behalf of hosts through a third-party payment processor. Pricing, availability, cancellation rules, and refund policies are set by the host and shown on each listing prior to booking.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
- Attempt to access another user's account or any data not intended for you.
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or harmful content through the Service.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
7. Host obligations
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for the quality and safety of the experiences they provide, and for complying with all applicable local laws, taxes, and licensing requirements. Hosts agree to host with care for their community, their culture, and their guests.
8. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, reviews, messages, listings). You grant OREEZA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.
9. Intellectual property
The OREEZA name, logo, and software are owned by Bellmont Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OREEZA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OR SAFETY OF EXPERIENCES OFFERED BY HOSTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OREEZA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO OREEZA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OREEZA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes took effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
